Kyiv Buildings is an independent technical directory. It helps you find information published in municipal building records.

Figures cover records linked to Kyiv’s 10 districts and are calculated from the current directory when the site is built. Dates on the selected building records span 3 Jun 2010–11 Feb 2021. Archived records with unverified locality remain accessible through direct links but are excluded from the directory for search engines.
What records contain
Depending on the building record, a page may include construction year, floors, areas, apartment and entrance counts, structural materials, utilities, condition, ownership type, management organisations and photographs.
Limitations
- A missing value only means it is absent from the available source; the site does not try to guess it.
- Source street names, organisations and classifications are retained, with technical format normalisation.
- The directory is for reference and is not official proof of ownership, safety or a building’s current actual condition.
Source and method
Data was imported from public pages of Kyiv’s municipal housing management system, then addresses and duplicate records were consolidated into a stable directory. Source values remain authoritative; transformations support search and consistent display only.
